How much do you charge?

Our charges are based on the date, times, duration and location of your function but you will agree we are very competitive!

We accept payment on the night and if there is a deposit required then this is payable via cheque or paypal.

What kind of music do you play?

Our music collection is vast, probably one of the largest in Central Scotland and we can play a range of music from pre charts to pre-release inc Ceilidh songs too.

 Will you play requests?

Yes, we will be very happy to take requests on the night from you and your guests. We also welcome playlists before the event to put your mind at ease and make sure we have a note of your favorite songs etc.  You can fill in the "Wedding Form" to send your requests or simply email us your list and we will take it from there!

 Do you confirm in writing?

We prefer to use email for any correspondance but we can sent out booking forms and confirmations on request.

How long do you need to set up, and how much space do you require?

For most functions we will need an hour for setting up, and an area approx. 3m x 2m is ideal, we also need to know times for setting up (when possible) and if there are stairs etc.

What kind of lighting do you use?

We have a selection of coloured LED lighting effects and lasers to create a party ambience at your venue. Due to licences and regulations we do not use strobe lighting or smoke machines however, if there is any other effect you are thinking about, we may be able to help.

NEW FOR 2010!!!! As well as our LED star cloths and backdrops, we are currently the only company in Scotland to use specially designed Twinkle Star Boxes in a range of colours to compliment your colour scheme or just your favourite colours.

We have booked Karaoke, what if no one sings?

Our Karaoke presenters aim to get everyone involved, they will begin the night by opening the karaoke and join in with duets etc if need be, we aim to make sure everyone has fun.  We do play songs in between and our presenters are highly experienced to manage all size and age of crowds.

Have you got Public Liability Insurance?

We hold £2m Public Liability Insurance cover, a copy of our current certificate is available on request.

 Is your equipment PAT tested?

Yes all of our equipment is PAT tested by a local qualified electrician yearly.

I have booked you for a wedding and cannot access your wedding form online.

Our wedding form is for customers who have booked us for their wedding, we ask for bridal party details, first song information, song choices etc this is not compulsory but previous customers have found it useful.

If you click on wedding form it should open in another window – if this does not happen, go to top menu, tools, pop up blocker and then “turn off pop up blocker” – this should open the window. - If this still does not work, email us and we will help you out ASAP.

 Do you charge VAT?

No we do not add VAT to any of our discos.

What is equipment breaks down of our DJ is ill?

We have 15 DJs, all experienced (we do not hire DJs without checking experience, training and auditioning them) and always have reserves on the night, so if one of them is ill them there will be someone to take over ASAP.

Because we have vans and easily accessible equipment storage we aim to fix any faults within 30 minutes - if this cannot happen then we will offer cash compensation - we can offer this because this is a RARE occasion  because all our equipment is tested weekly and when installed at each event at least 30 mins prior to the event starting.

 Can I see you work?

All events are different and it would be tricky to view a DJ exactly as he/she would be on the night of your event, however, we can arrange meetings or a change for you to come along to gigs to see us.  In the instance that you want to view your wedding DJ please remember that some couples may give permission for you to come to their wedding for a short while to look at their entertainment but it is at their discretion.  We can however arrange a meeting with yourself and your DJ prior to the event.
